The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is a statutory body established by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It started operations on May 7, 2001, replacing the previous Hong Kong Industrial Park Corporation, Hong Kong Industrial Technology Centre Corporation and the temporary Hong Kong Science Park Corporation. Its main service is to use one-stop "technology support" based on technology. Currently, the company is responsible for managing the Hong Kong Science Park, the Innovation Centre and three innovation parks (formerly known as industrial villages) in the New Territories.

Elevator Pitch Competition (EPiC), organised by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), is an exciting tech startup challenge drawing hundreds of brilliant minds from the globe to unleash their brain powers.

Every year, the website of this EPiC event is revamped to give a fresh look to the outside world. This year, YSD was responsible for such a great work.

To nurture I&T talents and to foster Hong Kong as a regional hub for innovation and technology development, HKSTP runs three incubation programmes, namely Incu-Tech, Incu-App and Incu-Bio, plus a pre-incubation programme known as Science and Technology Entrepreneur Programme (STEP).

Amid pandemic, HKSTP is hosting the first-ever Virtual Incubation and STEP Graduation Ceremony to celebrate the success of our 2020 graduates this year, including the first cohort of graduates from STEP, breaking the all time record.
